A prominent insurance provider faced a persistent challenge in managing its agent advertising content. With a large network of field agents distributed across the country, ensuring that all advertising materials followed legal and regulatory criteria was a difficult challenge. The company dealt with the following difficulties:
Unapproved Advertising Content: Some field agents were using unapproved and non-compliant advertising content, exposing the organization to legal and regulatory risks.
Meeting data compliance and regulatory standards was crucial, but data quality problems presented a major obstacle. The client had to allocate significant resources and time to manually verify and correct the data discrepancies and the lack of reliable data made it difficult for the client to confidently comply with regulatory requirements.

On-the-Fly Decision Making and Dynamic Data Load
To address real-time data completion challenges, the client seamlessly integrated Collibra Data Quality Job runs through REST API Calls.
Apache Airflow triggered the Collibra Data Quality job for the under-processing data.
Upon job completion, it generated a Data Quality Scorecard which provided valuable insights into the overall quality of the under-processed data.
If the Data Quality Scorecard met predefined criteria for satisfactory quality, the data load process continued without interruption. However, if the scorecard indicated data quality issues, the data load paused, awaiting a human decision to proceed or initiate data correction steps.
