Role Overview

IQZ Systems is looking for a Pega RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Pega Robotics / RPA, C#, .NET, APIs, and enterprise application integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions across web, desktop, API, database, and legacy applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Pega Robotics.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Develop scalable and reusable automation components.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with REST APIs, SOAP services, web applications, Windows applications, databases, and mainframe systems.
  • Develop and support solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
  • Work with SQL and relational databases for data extraction, validation, and processing.
  • Implement exception handling, logging, error recovery, and automation monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and provide production support for automation solutions.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow SDLC, deployment, and CI/CD practices.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
  • Strong experience with Pega Robotics / Pega RPA.
  • Good hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience in web and Windows application automation.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 

Good to Have

  • Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or WinAutomation.
  • Knowledge of Python and VBA/Excel Macros.
  • Experience with Mainframe automation.
  • Exposure to Pega Platform / Pega CRM.
  • Knowledge of cloud and enterprise application environments.
