Role Overview 

As a Pega UI Developer you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, scalable, and high‑performance user interfaces on the Pega platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Pega UI frameworks and modern front‑end technologies, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver seamless user experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • UI Design & Implementation: Develop and customize user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility on the Pega platform. 

  • UX Analysis: Interpret and analyze UX designs, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and performance optimization.

  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • UI Framework Expertise: Implement solutions using UI‑Kit, Theme Cosmos, and Constellation applications. 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, accessibility, and responsive design. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of front‑end web design and development experience on the Pega platform. 
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills in Agile environments. 
  • Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in Pega UI development. 
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). 
  • Certifications: 
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA). 
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred. 
  • UI Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with UI‑Kit, Theme Cosmos, and Constellation applications.
