IQZ's MQ Monitoring solution empowers Admin/Operation team members who have PDC access to take prompt action whenever Pega MQ listener goes down. Pega OOTB doesn't support publishing PDC alert when an MQ listener stops.

This solution leverages PDC alert & can be customized as per the implementation needs. This component checks MQ integration on specified intervals and send out PDC alert with the details.
